It is best place for providing technical learning environment

Teacher of other state do not join that type of school if that is not in your locality otherwise working at that type of school will be very stressful

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing , they never gives salary on time, they deduct may , June salary of all staff. Working hours is also very long. If you think branded school with handsome salary and facilities then don't join . They even don't have specific aim for themselves.No work life balance. Salary scale is very low and don't expect any increment.

I had a wonderful time of working in the school.

My period of service was very exceptional and I was able to win the hearts of all the staff members within a short span of a month. Similarly the cooperation of the staff members really helped me to reach out to the expected results and the name of the school grew up far and wide. The first batch of class X and consequently the second batch brought out an excellent results which really proved to the public the quality of education provided at Mount Litera Zee School. The strength of the school from 1200 in 2017 to grew up to 2800 within the Span of almost 5 years. I completed my contract for 5 years and I wished to relinquish my position for a better location.

It is good academic campus in the 3 or 5 acre land, good greenary and many playgrounds for different sports with relevant faculty. School received many prestigious awards for their performance in academic and co- curriculum activities. In each class strength is 20-25 students under the care highly qualified teachers. Indidual attention taken for each and every child.

Stressed ,not paid on time, never feel like teacher always feel like labourer

There is lot more negativity, dresses for staff is assigned but not paid them for almost 3-3 months. Teachers are supposed to work but neither appreciation, nor a cup of tea and nit even a chair is provided to them for more than 11 hours during school functions. Management is not ready to listen anything and never think you as a person.

Had bad experience with management they are giving lost of extra work to do even after school ours and weekend also. The higher management are not giving any answer of your questions they are feeling and value less people. Lots of politics in the staff
