Working at Mount litera zee school has been a wonderful experience..thought had a short span of time to work there but the environment is very conducive ,total focus of over all growth of the students in every sphere .even the teachers are provided with training modules to keep themselves up to date ..I had a good experience while working there.

Stressed ,not paid on time, never feel like teacher always feel like labourer

There is lot more negativity, dresses for staff is assigned but not paid them for almost 3-3 months. Teachers are supposed to work but neither appreciation, nor a cup of tea and nit even a chair is provided to them for more than 11 hours during school functions. Management is not ready to listen anything and never think you as a person.

The school has a very well planned curriculum and resource materials. Learning is child centered. They take special care in training and grooming of their staff. Overall a wonderful place to work and grow.

Mlzs is a great school according to syllabus,pattern of syllabus,exams pattern , activities,videos lectures etc.they provide most of every facilities.

MLZS, BARH gives a competitive environment to learn and explore work culture. It provides wide areas for child development and gives immense exposure to students to explore their talents in various fields. Place gives various exposures and training to develop teaching skills. Overall it helps a teacher to become a perfectionist in his work.
