It depends on the work.
They have fixed a time to enter in morning but there is no time for leaving. Hectic time schedule. Works full time even on saturdays and there is no holiday given in special occassions like birthdays, anniversaries etc.
Very Pathetic. 9 to 9.5 hrs and 6 day week.. they expect employees to stay till 8 PM everyday. the work life balance will be at toss.
