They deploy you in a good start up company and for that they give intense 3 month training that is required for start ups . After that 12-13 months deployment phase.Salary is not upto the mark for 1 year but after that salary will be descent

You don't have a job security in here. No matter how much you worked in the past, your job is always under threat. 3rd party company's employees are treated as 3rd grade citizens in company.
