Once in 6 months but there are no hikes suppose your salary is 15k after completing of an year you would be only getting 16k
They won't let you take leave even when you have leave they will make you do others work in case if your working hr is just 9 hrs you will have to sit for 10 to 12 hrs because your TL will put in their work also for you to complete and atlast you will lose your healthYearly
