Lots of projects to learn. But management is bad

I worked only for about 4 months within that period they changed me to three different projects with each project in different locations. Hr supports are good

Normal working environment with poor hikes.

Lots of favouritism and managers don't keep their word about promotion or internal movement. Max hike you get per year is 3%. Where our country's inflation is 6-8%.

Highly Productive

Good Place to Work. My suggestion is, those who are passionate about knowing new things, this company is best. I wish that I could rejoin the company.

CSS Corp is the best company overall to work, to explore your ideas and if you want to in the coolest organization you can join CSS Corp(Movate) at any point of time.

Training will be held for new joiners to upscale their technical and soft skills.

Overall good for learning but work life balance is an issue

Overall learning is very good however the work life balance is not good.Good for initial year to learn technology however long te it becomes a problem.

Good environment to work with

Fellow mates in CSS keeps me going.Are really supportive .Most enjoyable part of the job is you learn something new day by day.Friendly management .Understands people concern.Female employees are being taken with good care and being supported in every ways

Good to start career and move in other domain

You have to be very keen towards what you want to learn and than look for a better opportunity because in CSS you will be mostly in the support role and not into the core development. Managers are quite supportive.

Productive and fun work place

It will depends on the team . But we can learn lot of skills there. Lot of room to grow skill set point of view. Compensation is not best. If they provide some decent hike based on the ctc it would be good.

Css corp

The worst place to work, treat the employee as slaves, increment not more than 500rs. They pay 9k for freshers no nightshift allowance 2-3k for cab, if u need pick up and drop cab, everything u need to pay and eat no coffee will be provided, they only provide bread and jam along with 🪳..Never every choose this place

Good Place if you get a good client

It's good place to work given you have a good client. I was lucky to work for an FMCG giant where it was chilled out environment, you get to work on latest tech and good amount of work. Work , do your job and no body will tell you anything. Don't expect a great raise.
