Good organization but no or poor hikes

Good place to work, people are good.But there are virtually no hikes. Most profits are paid of as dividend or to buy new companies ( customers).Variable pay is quarterly about 15 % of your salary.

Good work environment.

Good place to work but lack of growth opportunities and increase in salary. Depending on the manager u might been given all th support you require. Hope this helps.

Productivity fun fair

My Mphasis journey was to awesome it's my first job my team my manager my ops all were awesome as a expected.. everything so too good as I have experienced ..cab facility was awesome for female everything is good except salary and no nyt allows they provide for night shift people

Good place. Good environment,only single problem - no hike since last two years. Personal growth is possible. Work life balance depends on the project you get.

Work life balance

No long working hours, balanced work and opportunities to work on different projects good rotation policy. Flexible timing and leave policy. Slow growth in teams of salary

Work life balance

The company is employee oriented. They do take care of employees well being. The management sometimes can be unreasonable for the yearly increments. Overall a good experience.

Good company with well work culture and also with no hikes at all

Good company. But there is no hike for atleast 3yrs once you joined. Good thing is they will provide lot of learning and internal switch opportunities.

Fun workplace,very nice managers

Very good workplace,managers are really very good,target oriented but very helpful and cooperating managers, fun activities on fridays,just reach your targets which can be easily reached.

Average in terms of everything

If you are joining just for short term experience then it's good but Don't expect any hike or opportunities. Since 5 years there is no hike and It's very difficult here to get promoted. It all depends on your client in term of work life balance or learning scope. Overall not so good.

below average company and they do not respect their employees. Policies are changed abruptly and shoved down employees throat. Advice to company: take good of ur employees rather than focussing just on profit margins

The work environment is too much friendly

The work environment is too friendly and there is Job security, good cab facility, we can enjoy to work there. The management is very nice, everything is well organized. Work load is too less as compared to other companiesbut there is less salary and No growth at all, and no option for work from home.

This company is good platform for learning new skills and good work-life balance.

Overall it is good, but the pay is less.Micro Management in some projects but not in all projects. No perks at all. Good work-life balance. This company offered me WFH which I liked.

They don't have many projects to work. Most of the time you will be on bench. You must upskill that time. They don't have good management. Career growth is less.

One of the worst place to work

No appraisal for last 4 years and no growth.. No internal movement as well. If your want to grow and learn don't join mphasis..Nothing good at mphasis.. They just hire the people no planning every manager's leaving with in 6months.. Lack of communication from leader
