What is the best part of working at the company?The company will not get any feedback from client or they ask for feedback. Nobody knows what you are doing. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You never know when u will get a hike. Monetarily useless companyWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Ok not bad. You never know whats happening in Mphasis as you are at client site or working from home What is a typical day like for you at the company?Normal. Nothing special or rocket science

Good organization but no or poor hikes

Good place to work, people are good.But there are virtually no hikes. Most profits are paid of as dividend or to buy new companies ( customers).Variable pay is quarterly about 15 % of your salary.

No long working hours, balanced work and opportunities to work on different projects good rotation policy. Flexible timing and leave policy. Slow growth in teams of salary

If you are joining just for short term experience then it's good but Don't expect any hike or opportunities. Since 5 years there is no hike and It's very difficult here to get promoted. It all depends on your client in term of work life balance or learning scope. Overall not so good.

The work environment is too friendly and there is Job security, good cab facility, we can enjoy to work there. The management is very nice, everything is well organized. Work load is too less as compared to other companiesbut there is less salary and No growth at all, and no option for work from home.

No appraisal for last 4 years and no growth.. No internal movement as well. If your want to grow and learn don't join mphasis..Nothing good at mphasis.. They just hire the people no planning every manager's leaving with in 6months.. Lack of communication from leader

I will recommend Mphasis to Join as a fresher, you will get very good learning experience in different technologies.You will be interacting with different vendors , customers (some time as you are fresher). Teammates good ,some people are very knowledgeable ( Depends upon the Project)But overall will get good learning experience.Cons : I fyou are really working then workloads will be high on , though you will get some additional benefits, very less people to help if you stuck somewhere (Depends upon project). Very difficult to find good resource in team.
