Culture is not good. No salary increment

A good place to work

Joined EDS in 2008, which was an American company and the best place I have worked at, ever, with amazing learning opportunities.Mphasis was taken over by EDS, later, in India, EDS was renamed Mphasis, which was then taken over by HP, and then came the firings. I was one of the employees to bear the brunt.Overall, it was a great place and a great time to work at EDS/Mphasis.Still miss the good old days.

Fast-paced work environment. Great Management and leadership. Work life balance is a challenge during critical phases of the projects.Managers are quite friendly and supportive.There is separate recreation facility in the office premises. This is a good stress-buster.

If you are billable headcount you get the facilities, if non billable headcount you don't see any hikes or growth. Plus need manager expects to work on weekends.

Technical support for B to B users. Troubleshooting for a Billing Application. Asked to leave as the company closed operations in Mumbai. Good place to work. Error 96 was the most difficult error to resolve. it was the best place to work in.
