below average company and they do not respect their employees. Policies are changed abruptly and shoved down employees throat. Advice to company: take good of ur employees rather than focussing just on profit margins

What is the best part of working at the company?Freedom of managing your work by yourself.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No hikes, you would not any hikes, don't expect that if you want to be with this organisation What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Nowadays it's totally remote, so there is no as such work environment, as we will be assigned different different client projects and will be busy in it What is a typical day like for you at the company?Client meetings viz standup, technical discussions, attendance marking, giving updates to Mphasis manager too.

Worst for people who works in client location

I worked for client location. These people never communicate with me on anything. Also never paused my variable pay but they never informed me. All these things we need to find and ask.No bonus, No hike

Pros:• Good work-life balance. However, this is subject to the project/account that you are working in. In my first account, I had to provide production support which involved getting calls at odd hours (middle of the night, weekends, and holidays), coming online and resolving issues. But all in all, I managed to learn a lot through this experience.• Job security. • Monthly salaries on time. • Generous yearly leaves• Mphasis occasionally conducts online surveys among employees to address any concerns or reservations that they might have regarding any aspect of their work experience. This is a welcome initiative that encourages employees to open up and ensure that their voice is heard and that it is reaching the upper echelons of management.Cons:• Salary hike and compensation. Management really need to work on improving this. Salary hike percentage is very low as compared to market standards which has been further impacted by COVID. If Mphasis is not able to provide appropriate and competitive hikes and compensations to its employees, it will continue to lose hard-working and dedicated employees.• Recently, management has started to focus on training and upskilling employees on next-gen technologies. And they have launched a good number of initiatives to achieve that aim. However, once upskilled, management also needs to ensure that those employees are getting allotted to suitable projects. Otherwise, those employees will simply start looking outside Mphasis for a paucity of appropriate projects inside Mphasis to utilize those newly acquired skills.Advice to Management: -

No work life balance and very stressful work environment

It’s about a year I am working for Mphasis and it’s very stressful all they want is work. No work life balance. I am working for banking project were mobile phone, digital watches and so many things are not allowed you can’t access Site other than work. Bad bench police and worst medical policy.
