They don't have many projects to work. Most of the time you will be on bench. You must upskill that time. They don't have good management. Career growth is less.

Good workplace to work for a relaxed mind and to learn

Learning is needed to survive here as it's a big mnc and experience varies on the basis of team and project.There are strict working hours but if you complete your tasks - managers are friendly to let you go.the deadlines are quite strict which needs to be completed in time

Salary is very less, work life balance is good and the environment is good. But, Here the major issue is there are no projects in this company. Mphasis is completely dependent on clients only.

I will recommend Mphasis to Join as a fresher, you will get very good learning experience in different technologies.You will be interacting with different vendors , customers (some time as you are fresher). Teammates good ,some people are very knowledgeable ( Depends upon the Project)But overall will get good learning experience.Cons : I fyou are really working then workloads will be high on , though you will get some additional benefits, very less people to help if you stuck somewhere (Depends upon project). Very difficult to find good resource in team.

Great Company To Start Career But Some Time You May Get Stress

I started my career in Mphasis as a fresher. Here i learnt lot and worked hard. But sometime i fell i deserve more appreciation that is missing. Overall experience is average but learning curve is good. Compensation and other benefits are OK type but not good. And getting promotion and salary hike is very challenging.

Management including managers and HRs are not at all supportive,most of time freshers are on bench , that too with 50 % pay cut

Management including managers, delivery managers , and HR are not at all helpful in anybof the issues.We have to make multiple follow ups with managers ,still they don't careExperience ruining.Employees get released from account suddenly and put on bench , with 50 % caycut if not allocated to new project and after that no pay for 6 months

Company is good everything is good with this company. Compensation is very very low which disappoint us to change our mind.After working honestly and sincerely from last so many years my package compare to market value is too less.Actually my work in the current project is totally based on reporting which need to be monitor manually. I have more work pressure during starting of the month but I manage and complete all my task within timeline.

I worked for mphasis , i came from development background i got good project which fintech banking domain . good reputed bank but i am in production support i fely like i am not in right place we have to work for shifts U S hours .Management supported but they cant do anu things project it self is support no development .salary are very less i hired as software engineer in 2020 oct but we paid same as freshers like software interns , associate , and trainee who just do classes and training , should consider this .
