Good company with good working environment. Managers are very supportive and guide you to achieve your goals. Good work life balance and job security.

Salary hike
The work culture at mphasis is great. Good for Freshers who are just starting out but don't expect to be paid that much. The take home salary which you can expect over there would be around 12,000 if you're into BPO.if you get hired you would be working night shifts and there is no night shift allowance over there.
Worst pay - one can't take care of there expense itself if you are joining as fresher, bad management dominated by locals.Projects dominated by a specific regional people (diversity is not appropriate).. no great opportunities, no great work, no learning, no scope of growth.They just increase the head count by hiring freshers and get the billing for the client.

Here your work life balance is too good. You can enjoy your life, complete work from home is plus. Before corona also wfh was permanent.if you're joining mphasis then in starting itself negotiate your ctc well. They pay very good.

Best place to work with for learning new things. Management is above average. If someone wants to settle in life, Mphasis is nice place to work with.

Very good work place, not the best but satisfactory. However, once you put down the papers you are like odd man out. No one cares what is going on with you until they need you to take back papers for their own personal score or benefit. The notice period is also 2 months way uncomfortable. And it can be extended, or they will say it is extended and relieve you on date. F&F is a pain, doesn't happen on time and there are lot of discrepancy with calculation. PF department is another pain. No response.

I feel Mphasis is one of he best companies from an employee perspective. Management encourages team to learn and help to get ready for next role. Company respects one's personal priorities.
Worked with the mphasis client location. Toxic work culture. No work life balance. Bad management. Naver got chance to visit mphasis office. No employee engagement programs.

One of the few service companies where good work culture is still. Most teams are very professionally managed along with providing the necessary flexibility.Hard to find a fault but for the annual hikes.Otherwise a very good company overall

I learned lot of things in mphasis about how people grow in organizations how activities are held how people are groomed up how they are motivated towards work it was not my plan of leaving mphasis but some how every one had their dreams so did I and we have to keep moving Learning new things so then I took my decisions to move

Good work-life balance. Have good online courses. There is job-security. Management depends from project to project. And also fun depending on what team you are in. Overall it's a good company.
Working in the company, I felt that working here is easy and the future is also safe because here we all had health insurance as well as provided funds.
