Mphasis as a company with its management is a thorough professional place where one can learn a new thing everyday. this company has so much to offer. the colleagues are amazing and helpful. there are team outings and so many activities. the managers are understanding and thoughtful. there are times when the work pressure is high but the team support can get you through.
in all, its an experience I'll cherish for ever.

What is the best part of working at the company?The company will not get any feedback from client or they ask for feedback. Nobody knows what you are doing. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You never know when u will get a hike. Monetarily useless companyWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Ok not bad. You never know whats happening in Mphasis as you are at client site or working from home What is a typical day like for you at the company?Normal. Nothing special or rocket science
