I don't think anybody should start working for this company, because the management people are not humans, you're not even allowed to talk to your colleague in your office, you will get around 40 calls from your senior when you're on tour, people here are not humans, although you have 42 paid leave for a year but you can hardly afford to get 10 or 12 that to when you go through an accident, worst organization to work with
No Pros seriously, you don't even get home location. You get throwed anywhere.
No work life balance, Office time usually goes from 9.30 am to 8.00 pm that the normal time here, you cannot leave office before 6.30
too much stress. Learning will be saturated No effective time outside the factory HR is not supportive towards improving the work culture Life and Job balance is nil Management is good - I am referring the condition in APL plant only

You wont have a peace of mind... Stress all the time.. No time to spend with your family if u have one as in if you are not a bachelor... 6 days work in a week... Saturday never turns out to be a half day... Never expect holidays for any occasion only if its declared by the government of your place of working or it should be a national holiday... Sundays will be a sleep day.. As you will be tried for the remaining days.. Salary is the only good thing... But you will have to exhaust yourself for it. completely
I've learned all my soft skills and people management skills from MRF. The world class standards they follow has inspired me to improve my skills. The quality systems are good to compete with any top manufacturers in the world
Good job security
Poor work life balance due to working in shifts
Challenging job and also fun. I have worked here for more than a year now and due to competitive market conditions company excepts you to be result oriented and multi tasking which every organisation wants but its not possible handle every thing with same priorities when there too many things to handle. Enjoyable part of the job is learning which you get every thing you do and travelling is also fun.
Once we work in MRF, we can work anywhere, because that much of work experience & knowledge we can get.
I am fortunate of getting work in MRF & got retirement in 2018 after 34 year Service in MRF. We can get a lot of work related experience and knowledge.
