Salary was very good. But you haven't any work life blance. There are no job security. We lost our job in pandemic situation. And local management was very poor quality. They haven't take phone when you need.

The branch where i worked was very fast paced, customers all day, no work life balance. No time for lunch, no off on Saturday. Sometimes you have to go for recovery on Sunday. Long hours of work.

Worst Management and worst salary

They are call you for branch visit at 3 to 4 am any time if branch system is not working. You must to give 10th or graduation certificate thare. (2 year bond) Not good salary they are giving 15000 with incentives and asking that if you performance is good then you can earn more incentives. I just telling that don't join this organization.

You have given responsibility of managing cash and Check Gold brought by customers according to the guidelines of company and RBI. 1.Given the Chances of error you will be held responsible for less pure gold taken and Cash short. 2.You have to visit branch for security check on Sunday( YOU HAVE ONE DAY TO RELAX AND THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO.)3. AUDIT TEAMS VISITS BRANCHES SO FREQUENTLY THAT THEY WILL DISTURB YOU TO DO YOUR DUTY EFFECTIVELY. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOT WORKING FOR MUTHOOT FINANCE BUT FOR THEM. 4.They not provide office boy in every branch so you have to do work like making tea for yourself and colleagues and cleaning dishes.PS:- The compensation they gave you is not justified the kind of sufferings they will put on you.
