In gold loan field you don't have carrier growth and this is not a place for graduates to work. Nothing is there to learn in this field. Even sslc students can do job in Muthoot.

Don't waste your time in such company because there is no growth for you in it.You don't even get salary growth in this company ,responsibility of gold checking rests entirely with the branch manager.

There will be no career growth for the prominent workers. The upper level management is not so good there will be no motivation towards employees and their will be no appreciation towards the employees effort.
