There is alot of Work polities. Salary and incentives structure is good but it comes with big targets of Gold loan and over counter products which are most of the lamest products that exists

They pay in peanuts.They treat employees like a livestock.A lot of castism.It's a risky job.Only join if you don't have any other option. Better join some other bank.
