It was a good work place

I worked here for 9 months. It was a good work place. Timings were convenient but working in MUTHOOT was little risky as it was completely dealing with cash and gold

Work culture, salary and job security is very important for employee. Top management is not efficient to handle all the things. Audit department is most powerful and they do what they want like termination, transfer etc.
