Daily routine is office starts at 11.30 with a team meeting where you will give the number you gonna achieve.then generating lead and giving task to interns.Lead research and then follow up then lunch and then closing the day

Lot of scope to learn but pay & benefits are not great

Great place to learn. You work with a lot of people and new technology almost every day. But at times, the lack of foresight by senior management often stresses you out. Their vision is great but needs improvement in execution! But then again it's a start-up, so this kind of chaos is common. Recommended working here early in your career.

Worst experience with my captain

just a good place to work

IT was not a salary based internship, I voluntarily offered myself a good opportunity to have a good exposure and learn new things. It was only a 3 hour work where the students are taught their subject in an interesting manner. Mycaptain is a good place to work and it provides a efficient work culture.

A business grows when they understand people's situation n requirement but mycaptain will force u to convince students to enroll for it in covid-19 when our parents are not being paid. So mycaptain failed to understand that people are saving every now n then so that they r not deprived of money in future. Moreover they pressurize u to the core and not provide imp details.

I have worked for 5 and half months in this company and my experience is good. Team leader is always supportive and team culture is too good, always supportive each and other and the management does not interfere in the team and they always support the teams and help them to grow.

it gives you the freedom to work as per your convenience and helps you find out your ability to sell an idea to the public at large. as an intern it provides you with a benefit of 5% commission on every sale you make with thus encourages the students to work harder
