No work life balance. The salary is too low. They always pressurize the employees. Keep giving targets that's very hard to achieve and if the sale is not good they may call you at night 9/10 o'clock to give you a good dosage. They don't have any time knowledge. They will call you and ask you for reports whenever they want and the management is so disorganised. The people are so unfit for the job roles. Just for saving money they have hired such people in organisation like HR, purchase, finance department and the other employees have to suffer for this.

I had a very good experience with MyGlamm, especially when cosmetic products where launched. The entire e-commerce journey was planned & executed and sales very phenomenal. At times it was stressful but overall fun .

Fun start up

When I started working in Myglamm we were just 3 developers now they have more than 15-20 developer. I had good experience on how start up works. Work was highly depending and we were always on toe.
