There is no job security in Neosoft you can be dropped/harassed at any circumstances and for any reason no matter how good your performance is.

There is no job security in Neosoft you can be dropped/harassed at any circumstances and for any reason no matter how good your performance is. And the worst is the management in the company they have no reliable words for each work you have to raise a ticket which is very nice feature but then you will hardly gets solutions.

It is good as long as you are usable and giving business to them. But in case you want to switch they will intentionally create problem for you. Threating based upon document and blacklisting you and all.

Join if you are getting very good salary because you will have to work extra hours and management will not help you at all. If you talk to them they will just be worried about client happiness but not at all about your happiness and carrier. Its a very selfish organization even if you work for them for 10 years they will not care about your carrier. They have very anti employee policies which you will understand at the time of your need. They will screw your carrier badly. These things have happened with me. Best of luck
