IT Trainer (Former Employee) - Mohali, Punjab - August 8, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI felt very good working at Naandi and learned many new things. Everything was good , like work culture , work life balance is good, you get free time during working. No boundation in work and resources are good available like stationery, eatables and IT equipment's Outdoor activity and parties, birthday celebration is good culture. Free lunch and quality of lunch is also very good. you feel free to eat anything because eatables are kept in almirah as well. But this is women based organization where they give preference to women's in every areas. So, if you want to grow then wearing women's dress will not work okay, you should be women. Only salary increment is very less, 5% after year and Post promotion is No chance in Naandi even you work too hard No matters.
Pros
Free lunch, birthday celebration, outdoor parties and activities, sometime 2nd and 4th Saturdays off in month
Cons
Fix 8 hours working job

Bad management
# Trainer for Mahindra Pride Classes (Former Employee) - West Bengal - March 28, 2022
I have been a contractual soft skill trainer for 2 years. One thing that i feel is they have no respect or have any regard for your worth as an individual. Their communication is so bad that working with them you will feel dis satisfied. The only good thing is they pay you on time

Jobs at Naandi Foundation
Not suited for young people
Accountant (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - November 18, 2020
Growth is normal, it's suited for people who are above 40+, more preference will be alloted to female at top level as management feel they are good at managing people. Young minds are not suited in this place. Maximum criteria you need to work here is Basic MS Word, Excel. Sometime that too not needed.
Pros
Free Lunch, No challenging work or role
Cons
Performance will not matter for appraisal, your experience and age matter, quantity based organisation

Good place to learn and grow
Communication Officer (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - May 23, 2019
Overall a good place to work. Senior management takes hasty decisions many times and turns things upside down, all for nothing. Otherwise, it is pleasant to work here, with scope for learning and self-development.
Cons
whims & fancies of top management
