I joined nagarro as a fresher , they have a great training and assignments . But we were constantly in fear that we will laid of. After each assignment there would be viva and you will be getting marks which sometimes feel bad that even after getting into company we still haven to give interviews.

What is the best part of working at the company?Only best part of working at Nagarro is permanent WFH.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Being a fresher there is no given opportunities for you to grow. There is cut throat competition to get your first projects if any comes in. There project allocation system is a curse to any fresher that joins here.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work culture seems fine most of the time but when push comes to shove HR will go to any lengths to make you feel worthless. What is a typical day like for you at the company?There is no force or pressure working here. You have to complete the allotted tasks within deadline period and you are all good.

Nagarro is great place for freshers.it has more learning opportunities.There should be no confusion in choosing between Nagarro and Infosys...nagarro wins hands down.... If you have a willingness to learn cutting edge techonogies, have a courage to work insane hours and give priority to challenge over dullness and boring regime than Nagarro is a place for you.. Package wise its used to be pretty decent when I worked there... But definitely will be much better than infosys in current setup... Some minor glitches are always there but than it is with every firm i worked

Good productivity

There was 8 hours duty. And a one leave per week. They paid well. Office culture was good. This was a very nice site for everyone. The company management system was well.
