Too much pressure of work

Narayana Group is highly focused on students result. They leave no stone unturned for the benefit of students. The environment is very competitive. The students are tested every fortnightly. Teachers are helpful.

U can learn a lot ,if u can survive here u can survive any where in the world.Work pressure is more.Each and every second is counted when it is a 9 hr duty.Most of the Sundays also u will be asked to come but no compensatory holidays or incentives are provided.I was not fairly paid for the effort I put there

I would say, I was treated better my team. They valued my presence. But it's the narrow minded and money/power hungry mid level management that mess things up. It can be extremely unprofessional as well. It's a huge establishment, with the young management, and right vision following a more holistic approach, can always ensure a better reputation in general.
