Productive work place with zero value for your work

Everything about the hospital is good except the harrasment from MS and DMS , only reason is not getting enough recognition for your work as in words or as in salary

Too many unwanted policies and lot of politics.

The overall outlook of the company is fine but there is a lot of politics. The interview process is very lengthy and takes it own time. The appraisal system is something which they need to work on as the appraisal depends on how well you treat your manager. The atmosphere is very toxic.

Narayana HSR has very very worst environment. They will fire employees for simple and simplest reason without giving any reason. Manager don't even recognise for your hard work, or for your new challenges you took at your work place. Narayana hospital bommasandra has some good systematic process, Wherein HSR doesn't follow the same. Mangers don't even take any initiative when it comes to customer service they pull ground level employee to handle the situation. Manager will have more time for going out for coffee, lunch, Evening snacks, discuss family related issues,sleep where there is no cameras. The people who don't even use simple technique to solve customer issues will be given a manager role.The person who don't even have basic knowledge of billing will be a senior billing manager. I am very sorry to say this,

Lunch which you get over nh hsr is not at all good.

Manager will come on time and logout on time, groud level will extend or continue duty in absence of any other employees.
