Accounts Executive (Current Employee) - Mysore - April 21, 2013

 Processing RTGS Auditing FAR (Fixed Asset Register). Auditing OP with respect to VAT rates. Processing IP invoice (with ref to Pharmacy). Processing Capital invoice (with ref to Asset). Auditing Petty cash and tallying with ref to bills provided. End to end accounting process. TDS payment before every month 7th for the previous month. ESI and PF payment for that particular month (Salary). Revenue expenditure. 24 hours cash collection (IP and OP) and entering the same in tally and oracle. Co-ordination with Head office for the vendor payment. Co-ordination with purchase Department for the invoice correction with ref to purchase order if in case found during auditing Auditing MIS report with ref to console. Sending daily revenue report to Head Office (Bangalore). Dealing with service tax deductions as per taxation acts. Dealing with TDS deduction with ref to taxation act depending on company or non company firm. Review daily revenue from hinai (working tool) with ref to refunds. Recording the IP advance and settlement towards discharge of that particular patient. Part of budgeting. Responsible for the on time payment to the vendor’s so that no penalty. BRS with ref to payment to vendors. Co-ordination with bank for receiving bank statement.
