i started working here as fresher. so first i struggled so much. because of busy working hours and bcz of my 1st job place with out experience. after 1month i improved well because of the training of my department educator and team leaders. especially i thanking our MSH Surgical ICU Dr.Shyamala, educator sis.Shakeela and our all renal transplant consultant doctors.. thanks to narayana health for overall experience

Productive Learning

Each day was provided with different Cases which enabled to deal with high risk babies. The shift work was planned and organised and was 1:2 for each staff.
