Work Place with Scope for improvement

Busy work with less number of staff with necessary skill sets. Procedures were cumbersome and are being streamlined for better output and less delay.

Unwanted procedural delays, long period for decision making by the CEO. Unstable decisions no delegation of powers and run like a very private limited company.
