natwest great place to work
Business Analyst (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - December 8, 2022
Email/messenger access in mobile is very limited to certain roles, Limited access to the learning sources, Too much of Micro Management, No Flexible working hours, Manager domination is very high, work pressure is high compared to service companies (All these may differ from project to project but still if you get stuck in such projects, not easy to move out within the organisation for first 12 to 18 months)
Pros
free lunches
Cons
long hours

Good workplace
Software Engineer (Current Employee) - india - April 4, 2022
Good workplace. But you'll get bored doing the same repetitive work. In India, most of the employees have to collaborate with UK colleagues, so it gets tedious sometime. But overall it is good for tech domain.
Pros
Wrk is good

Customer service and operations analyst (Current Employee) - Chennai - March 15, 2022
Being at NatWest is not for everyone. Less pay compared to competition. Work is hectic and by the time you logout all you can do is just crash on to your bed. Work here is stressful. people are great, managers are awesome.
