At NBCC INDIA LTD I got to interact with Engineers but they are so conservatives, don't want to share knowledge and experience with you, the perks and salaries are high with almost all facilities.
Overall it's a good company to work, but if you are a contract employee and dreaming to consumed as a permanent one by showing your dedication and ability towards work, then it is not at all worth for your dedication.
