Good transportation facilities to site.Accommodation facilities are good. Learning - how to interact with clients & consultants in site execution. Site management is good in general depends on mentality. All working sites are good with co -operative staff in working conditions. There is no particular hardest jobs in my experience.Everyday is enjoyable day while in working.

• Regular Supervising, Checking and Monitoring of Aggregates, Cement, Concrete Quality. • Preparing & maintaining QA QC related documents • Coordination to Site team and Concrete Batching Plant. • Implementation of the QC programs and requirements as spelled out in the approved shop drawings, material submittals, specifications and applicable codes and standards. • Submitting Daily Progress & Quality report of finishing items to Project in charge and Construction Manager. • Preparation of method of statement to execute the project in an engineering way. • Continuously monitor over the manpower and foreman accordance with productivity and timely completion • Checking of Civil Quantities for Running Bills. • Co-ordination with sub-contractors and suppliers & Clients. • Ensures that all proposals, recommendations and implemented action provide best value of money, protects Company’s investments and satisfies works quality requirement • Closely monitor project activities for conformity to contracts and specifications. • Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports etc. • Monthly look ahead time schedule • Updating progress on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
