Very Bad Management
Store Officer (Former Employee) - Nellore, Andhra Pradesh - December 11, 2019
I Joined in NCC as a Officer Store but i resigned after 10 moth. They are very delaying for salary even i got my 3 month salary at time.So many partiality is there. They are looking well to south Indian.
Working Hours 14. There is no holiday on Sunday even in festival also.
Only they need out-put and torturing the staffs. There is no difference between labour and staff in NCC ltd.
This company may good only for fresher otherwise its very worst company.
