Good work life balance

Company is good in terms of work life balance. I spent 3+ year with this company. Work is also good. not much pressure. 3 days wfo. Compensation is low as compared to market. hike are standard. If you out performer they will give you good hike upto 30 and promote you.

No scope for learning

What is the best part of working at the company?Compensation and infrastructure What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I worked in digital banking platform. Managers without technical skills and you need to spend all your time to explain everything which consumes your time mostly you work excel sheets just for your manager as they need to talk something in meetings.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?no product owners, no scrum calls, no grooming, no refinementWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?No defined goals and most of the time spending on unnecessary meetings.

Very good for beginners & Learners.

Good place to start working,Good people,Good network, expenses are paid well.Progress is a bit slow, but it everywhere same.over all, its a good place to start the career.

Good working environment. management is very supportive. processes are in place. They encourage you to learn new technologies. They have good banking projects. They have projects in healthcare as well.

Good place to learn and move ahead

Need to have more onsite offers.The retail domain is always fast-paced. Need to have more new technology modules included.Finance domain is cool and have good work-life balance.

Gud company. I worked on contractual role. Salary is less. Work time is flexible. Clients are from government bank. We have to work in clients place to support them

Overall good company

Good company to work, people are very helpful, but with very less benifits and it is very pathetic to transfer PF to other account after you getting out of the company.

Stressful and incapable people getting to management roles

A lot of pressures from management and there is endless demand to finish tasks in urgent. A lot of people with lip service climbing up the ladder and hard working people are suffering .

Best place for stability

NCR is mainly in Retail and Finance domain It's good company for experienced people. Lots of other option to grow technically. Overall very good product based company.

Freedom of work and excelent team to work with

It was fun working with NCR, excellent team, cooperative management, freedom to work from home. It was really a life time experience to work with NCR. We celebrated all fastival, we have on floor enjoyment. Had team task. It was overall healthy wprk environment .

Good Work place

Salary is very good even for new campus hires when compared to other companies(Because of huge salaries people are staying in NCR)Some teams are much encouraging and will get more support from HR's and medical benefitsTesting projects are very less and they as not using much of the automation as the products are legacy and not much work for testers

Worst place to be

It is good for nothing...People are political. The tech is outdated. There is no room for Innovation or self-respect. HR is dummy and managers are not trained enough.

Good company for futuristic employees

Technology solutions especially ATM services.Engineers have to move to the remote site I.e where the ATM is located in urban and rural areas . There are many on-site jobs too ..
