A day at NEC

Official office timings are 9.00AM to 5.30AM but every one comes within 10.00AM but managers comes at 10.30AM. They make all employees to work till 9.30PM and no over time, bonus is paid. Officially in call letter working days have mentioned as 5 days but they force and make employees to work on Saturday, Sunday so no week-offs in NEC. No extra activities. The management does not have control on vendors because vendors control management. Senior and Top level management keeps blackmailing the employees that you will be fired. No culture, no work ethics. HR is least bothered about employees.

The company is good

The policies of the company are very good. But the work depends on the department. Sometimes it hectic sometimes easy going. There is no benefit for overtime.

Good for freshers

It is only good for freshers and not for experienced professionals. Salary hike is not good. One thing is good is job stability. No trainings.. They just want to save money.

Very Kind Management and Good for Fresher

The company follows an open door policy, any employee can talk to higher management at any time. Higher Management listens to the employee. Fresher is given ample opportunity for growth. Fresher are given onsite opportunities also.

My learning graph at NEC Technologies India Pvt. Limited has been exponential. Work culture is great here. Cab facility is excellent. Senior Management are quite reachable.

It is a good company and a good place for the fresher but management is not good. They take you on contract and promise you that contract is only for 3 months after that you will be given permanent job but this is not true , they keep on extending the contract again and again.
