Learning is good but it depends on the project. Getting a project depends on pure luck. Management does align resources according to their interests. As it is a Japanese company, they follow a Japanese culture. Work life balance is good. One does't need to stretch unnecessarily.
I worked at makepositive full-time. Amazing culture, great benefits, great pay, good opportunity to learn Salesforce and awesome people and management. Good work environment overall if i have chance i ready to move again with out any demand.
You will find every thing more than you imagine..
I can not think of that ..No Cons
NEC has a work friendly environment which is supported by other activities like outdoor sport events, events on festivals and Annual day. Work hour may be flexible. By involving in various IT related projects, I learned some project management skills and communication between Japanese and Indian counterparts enhanced skills in coordinating between the stakeholders. Found difficulties in daily commutation from Home to office and Vice-versa. The Enjoyable part of job is to work and participate in different activities held by Human resource department.
NEC Technologies India Private Limited, Best company for any fresher to work. You will be given responsibilities you cannot imagine as a fresher, But as you progress, things will become mundane and the lerning curve shrinks.
Best for freshers and beginners
Not so great once you are no longer a fresher.
management brings the most pathetic projects from japan just to boost their numbers and they fail to deliver even those on time. My advice would be to retain talent and change the mentality of "let the freshers do it". Firing the top management would also help.
less pay, too much politics, entrenched management, expensive cab service
The Job is safe , but there would be no development for your own carrier. Person oriented decisions made. Poor Planing by Managers with less experience,
Management is not co-operative as it should be. Good for learning and gaining experience. Salary hike is good as compared to same tier companies. No perks!
Good learning opportunity for freshers
Long hours, bad management
