What is the best part of working at the company?Earlier the environment if the company & staff was very good, the company was good going specially my Dept was earning profit in the Hardware & Networking business. But after recession there are many changes going since new staffs are recruited.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?While working with nelito the work pressure was very rare but was handled skillfully.

A bad project manager makes life miserable

There is no KT session handled with team when existing team member leaves the company.There are many late night work without intimations and at the end they told to leave for home without doing nothing.

I was working in this firm. There is no any professionallysam with work. Management is very unprofessional. You will not get job security here. Salary structure is confusing and salary is very low. No one is responsible person here who give you the satisfying answer.

Management is worst. They are very fond of sacking the employees without assigning any valid reasons. They don't respect of anybody's honesty, loyalty and sincerity. Their appraisal system is totally based for boot licking persons.Yes, they are very good in disbursing the salaries in time.

Excellent environment to work with nelito. All seniors are helpful and co-operative. Company provide good technical & functional training before starting new project. Salary is in time and leave loan facilities for employee is not comparable. Company provides transportation for all employees

CEO has to be more effective to grow the company faster than its growing. Growth of the company is too slow due to product management issues and knowledge-based hiring is required for product team. CEO has to understand technology and software development methodology.

Good company for freshers

Work life balance, if ypu deployed at good client location. This consulting company and i was deployed at Employee Provident Fund organisation, so it's all depend on client. HR people are worst. Salary will get delay every time (sometimes it could be more than 3 months), So join this company at our own risk.
