One team spirit.
My experience in Nestle Nigeria Plc is that they don't toyed with safety no matter who is involved i mean Staff safety and Food safety. They preach and practice Gender equality in all across department of the Company. They also recognize and rewards any staff that performance is outstanding to encourage them to do more.

Due to COVID-19 some social thing had been suspended aside that things are going on well
Nestle as a whole is good in term of job security the only bad thing is how sentiment is been use by our team leader in yearly appraisal, there is no fairness in appraisal once you are not in good term with your team leader he will surely use it against you when appraising you And in the aspect of management,I couldn't imagine where only managers are collecting productivity allowance and the majority of the junior workers responsible for the production doing morning, afternoon and night duty were left out in sharing of the productivity allowance it so annoying in short a lot is happening As production technician you will be on one job for over 15yrs without promotion and again when it is time to employ people that have been working in production as contract workers will not be give opportunity they will just bring in there brothers and sister from outside only 5 to 10% of contract worker will be give chance
