Poor training , poor development, very poor career development, terrible work life balance, you are made to keep away from family n travel a lot , no learning experience, frequent transfers ,No promotions even for best of best sales people. If you need only package & nothing other than that, yes couple of lines With Nestle India limited beside your name, in your resume go for it . Else look out for better companies whch values people as people and not as …….
