Company is good and manegement is not good because I did face high pressure for target 🎯 I was achieved lots of time but senior was not Appreciate with me. When I was not achieve target. He was call me lots of time in a day. But I learnt many more things..

I will never argue, and I will try to focus on career goals for longer tenure jobs. I will try to sustain in the company I work for. The hardest part is not speaking genuine, when responses are required, should be authentic and the least. Preferably you can convince and motivate the manager with your words. I did not enjoy. Rather I was liking and getting aligned towards my work. But the goal must be focused on and must be fulfilled, certainly.

Pros

Salary is given provided attendance is regular. And field work is mandatory.

Arguements and group storming. Conflicts.
