While the company may not be a market leader in their segment, they are surely headed there. The leadership is focused and driven, while the core product is showing strong signs of growth. Overall, the company strives to provide a good work-life balance, but things could be different based on your team. From what I have seen, the upper management is quite approachable and there's the genuine interest in employee well-being. Pay is a touch above industry standard. The main campus in Bengaluru is an imposing office with world-class facilities. Talent is always appreciated and due-credit is given for job well done. NetApp is a big-enough brand name that the top-tier firms (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc) will definitely give your resume a second look. Plus the company looks to be on a solid-footing, so you can expect a certain amount of stability/safety in job.

Great company , people has always been at heart . Have maintained good practices / culture even during tough times. It's changing though, management is trying to be aggressive unfortunately by removing many old timers , believeing that new comers wil turn it around, not sure if that's a right strategy.
