Not enjoying work life

Initial there was more then 3 colleagues but after some days both colleagues left and now at Mumbai location i am only one for implementation team and nobody is here at with me at IBM office,

Good to work, but mismanaged work culture

Good to work, but mismanaged work culture, no priority to employees and action on any complaints or salary deduction. need to follow up for months for salary related issues. Good for freshers, and for beginners to gain experience in IT.

Pros

Good Employment for freshers, and who do not have much options

Cons

mismanagement in hiring and other process, no employee benefits, not resolving complaints.
