Handling Calls and working on E-Mails sent from the customers as well as HPE engineers. Training the new employee on various tools like Sales Force Dot Com & SR Dash. Out of hours training to the agents to make them acquainted with the process Been selected as quality audit SPOC, hence was responsible to audit the cases logged by my team members and generating Login & Logout reports. To make sure that the logged cases are picked up by the technical team on time. Fun At Work: It is always great as I work in the client location (HPE) We have got lot of freedom. We have lot of events happening. I always take part in Mad Ads and Skits to entertain the crowd. Apart from that we have floor activities conduct Bi-Weekly by the team Fun Committee and i am a part of it too
