Work balance is good

Great learning experience in client site , supporting colleagues. Management was ok because their is communication gap between team manager and higher management . The only reason is that we are siting on client site. Job culture is totally depend on client location.

Not enjoying work life

Great learning environment

Learning was good

They hired me as a contractual worker to work with IBM but i gained no benefits from them. I worked long night hours which deteriorated my health. Salary was very less. Only part that is good, you will get to learn something if you're a fresher.

Good to work, but mismanaged work culture

Good to work, but mismanaged work culture, no priority to employees and action on any complaints or salary deduction. need to follow up for months for salary related issues. Good for freshers, and for beginners to gain experience in IT.
