If you want to join a company that specialises in mismanagement, one that has no strategic approach, directionless, and very ad-hoc in what they do and what they we expect you to do, then this is the company to join. No system, no procedure, everybody is expected to do everything. Company does not value your past experience. Training initiatives are undertaken just before the appraisals. They promise something else as an employer and make you do exactly the opposite making you wonder why you were hired at the first place. Managers are biased, they lie to protect their jobs, and undermine performance of juniors. If you have options, ignore this company by all means.
Managers never take associates seriously, inhuman behaviour of management and HR, should have to stretch regularly without a pay for it for daily 2 hours. Either have leave balance you don't get any leaves. Badly managed by team leaders. Maximum Managers don't have MBA. To get promoted have to oil your senior and superiors.

Good place to work in. Everyone was helpful. Too many activities besides work. Well paid job. Very friendly. Flexible work time and good atmosphere. Good place to learn new skills.
Staffs are very much cooperative and homely and ideal place to increase production through sharing knowledge among staff.Management is highly professional and cooperative

Seniors have the last say. The senior management is clueless about the market and the growth of the company. They focus mostly on short term plans, which mostly don't work out. The people who are seniors do not have necessary skills, lack professionalism and have not undergone proper trainings to be managers. The company is going nowhere.

Sometime you have to stretch your working hour
No cafeteria and the work culture promotes a specific ethnicity, i.e. Bengali. It The management takes decisions on whims and fancies. There is an internal politics between 3 centres: Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Mumbai. The projects are pretty haphazard with no thought leadership from the so called leaders.

The company is nice so are the facilities. Working hours are 9. But, presently, there is just one week off. In my time, there were two week offs. The working structure has also changed presently.

The office environment was good and the colleagues were helpful it was fun working there.I use to work as an image editor and the work mostly done in Photoshop and then have to upload on the snap deal website...I have a good knowledge in Photoshop.

Though the organization has good HR policies but job security is extremely low. The employees continuously live in a threatful condition hence no peace of mind. Hence not a good place to work.

I provide secondary research on the customer interface (RTS). I use company websites, Lexis-Nexis, IAPD official site, 5500 Corporate Pension, 990 PF for gathering information. I take the responsibility to upload information as per the corporate standard set by our Client. I not only provide a high volume of profiles in minimal time but I take care of the quality as well.
As a senior Associate my added responsibility is to clarify my juniors and colleagues doubts and to mentor people to become a responsible professional in near future.
I have been working with Netscribes as a Business development intern for the last 10 months.It is really a good place to work and a place to learn and grow.The management and my co-workers are really supportive.People simply enjoy their work here.
