Useless company

Staying at home idle without work is better than joining this company. HR and management is hopeless.. Salary is delayed. They dont create salary account, instead you have to pay from ur pocket to create the account in bank.. No accommodation nothing at all. Simply treating engineers like Labours

Good place to learn.

Proper attention was given to safety. The work might be stressful but fast-paced. The workplace culture was not to the point, but the management was good. Overall it was a good place to learn and grow.

Regarding manament

Project manager not supported to Sr. Engineer because of his egoness.he will not responsible for any work he is feeling like king of site project manager duties are supported to staff and push the staff he is doing duties of boss and his duties are surveyor GM,etc.he is worst management of his duty.

Worked as project manager - execution

Organisation was nice with all infra structures. Need to have focus on employee benefits like company accomodation,company arranged food(but amount shared by employees).

as a quality control engineer

as a quality control engineer i was doing prior inspection of all the structural activities before inspection by project management consultancy engineer and also material testing and concrete design mix checking for each batch at site plant as well as from outside RMC plant

Very funny in my group discussion times

Honestly minimum wastage control in my site condition and prepared by labour bills and sub contractor bills and freely moved at client engineers and strictly flowing site drawings and all ways challenging my work

Trainee engineer

I worked in NCCCL as trainee engineer. Managing all the labourers .working as supervisor.Worked for very long time. I learnt practically all the construction material checking all the good quality material.time managing skills. Proceeding with given time.but it was not good that I don't get holidays for Sunday too .But I learn many things in Nccl.

I got good lerning experience in execution of multy storyed commercial,and residential buildings, I have executed projects for bengalooru's leading developers like, prestige,vaswanigrupe,sterling,nitesh and patel reality.
