As an Indian general insurance company it has not an efficient management and there are many communication gaps between staffs and management also. It's very communal and regional among employees.

Gives opportunity to new comers to learn and excel. If with experience then gives support you with new challenges and help you to grow more in your professional career. All the staffs are very friendly and supportive and are like an extended family. Management guidance is always given when required as a team which is a great support to work. They are vey much client oriented and try max to give the best service wherever possible within the authority guidelines. A great place and team to work with in this foreign country. It was a new platform for me when joined but with all the team and management support and my willingness to learn helped me to gain more and more knowledge and get good experience in this field. I got many appreciations from corporate and individual clients for the services provided to them and their companies. With all this and nice work culture it made me stick to this company till date. The management is also very flexible and friendly when it comes to support the staff.

Region Based politics and caste based bias is always shown even after being a largest PSU .Not suitable for those who wish to build a concrete career, no new things were learnt, it doesn't show any areas for employee development and learning, No employee interaction, no knowledge sharing, no productive meetings, Many caste based and region based politics. The most unfriendly HR practices, the worst management practices. Many CA's , Lawyers and Doctors are working here but we never gets the chance to use our education and the MANAGERS hardly knows the difference between a MBA/BCOM and CA. Every one are expected to know just typing of mails like a PA to Managers
