As an Indian general insurance company it has not an efficient management and there are many communication gaps between staffs and management also. It's very communal and regional among employees.

i worked 5 days,I Learned lot,how to deal with customers,how to prepare accounts,how to settle the claim.Management is very very co-opeative.My co-workers also very helpful in nature.The hardest part of the job is when due to any reason i have to refused any claim payment.The most enjoyable part of the job is when i received good premium for my company business,

Its good but better to encourage the young starts . The management should take the onside on perfect choices, Should have a good team work among the employees
