I worked in this company. I found a completely irresponsible management. Initially they will offer good salary for experienced candidates with the hidden motives as follows: 1)Both employee and employer PF will deducted from your salary. 2)During notice period(2 months) they will provide only the basic salary. They will not provide salary slip for this. Because of this you will face a lot of issues while joining a new company. Especially MNCs don't accept you without last 3 months payslips. That too the salary mentioned must be consistent. 3)Whatever the issue/request you take up to managers, instead of helping you, they will bully you. The behaviour of managers are like goons(Believe me lot of my colleagues faced this issue). 4)Only very few projects(all are short term) are available here. They will use you here for few months and after that they will create a situation and send you out. So in anyway this company is totally unfit to anyone's career.

Management is not good and not responsibe

Worked in Verizon as a contract employee of Newt Global.Work culture in verizon was good but the Newt Global Management is not at all responsible for anything and the work culture is not at all good due to internal politics.

Not fun, not good

Not good, nothing learned, not good management, no leaves for emergence and even you have leave balance treated as LOP still. No enjoyable part in job.

Productive and fun workplace

It is very nice company to work at, only best candidates are selected for employment after depth interrogation, I mean interview :) & also the Management is too good, always ready to help.

Never make a mistake of joining this company

HRA 60%, what a shame. No Sick Leaves, if you ask them, its their comany policy. What a useless company policy. Though the claim its a software consulting, its just a body shopping and rules they follow are for labourers not for white collar jobs. Their pay cheque differs each month, god know on what basis they do. HR is blunt. Never ever make a mistake of joining this company. None. Not even single. Not joining this company will be Pro for you. Don't play with employees, don't eat away their money and give some respect to employees. Employees are not laborers, treat them with respect. without them you are not there and your company is not there.
