More insecurity about future and less salary. Govt should make regularisation policy for employees. They should be given all the benefits like all government employees.

Stressful with long working hours !

You will lost in the work-load ! Everyday from 10 am to evening 9 pm, Too many phone calls, every-time reporting and video-conferencing for reports, Too many portals to handle and the hardest part is getting the job done from block level, and you will also have meetings with District Magistrate with reports. You will face the fear of Termination everyday !


Good Job to waste time .


Long hours, Less Salary, Threatened with Termination !

Nhm is realy very bad place for doing job

I am posted at community health center previous 4 year my experience is really very bad because I am facing many comman problems like no properly electricity , no properly water supply, no properly security, no proper staff for cleaning of CHC area, no facility for toileting for staff and pt. , shorteg of staff eg. Dr.,S/N ,cleaning workers,GDA, And more so everyone staff or pt. Facing more problems everyday more time using phone torch for maintaining records and conduct delivery

1 year of contractual basis of rural posting. Good work experience fun at work. Learn government schemes for poor people. Difficulties face by people in rural areas.

SENIORS VERY COOPERATIVE,CONTINUOUS LEARNING PLACE. Co-Ordination experience between various department .Specially with Govt. delegate and free to take derision as and when needed.

It was good to work with NHM but they don't give security for your career. So it was difficult for future planning.

I was appointed at NHM as District training coordinator. My job was to provide training for health providers like doctors, staff nurse, ANM and MPWs. With this I was also responsible for HR and recruitment and HRMIS of the district. It was Good for working conditions but on long career perspective slightly embarrassed.Because there is no future of NHM regularization hence I opted to quit for better career.

Over all the job is satisfactory but less salary as per the work load.

1. Remain in charge of the Block Programme Management Unit (BPMU). Custodian of the computer and accessories, manage communication through internet. 2. Collected information from the grass root level from monthly meeting and transmitted it to the district. 3. Supervision of the different activities of the HW (M & F) at the Sub centre. 4. Recorded the proceedings of the meeting at the block level. 5. Submission of SOEs and UCs in time to the district. 6. Supported the MO’s in organizing meeting/camps/ Health Melas etc. 7. He will have close interaction with PHEO for IEC and training 8. Any other activity as delegated by MO’s 9. Programme Planning for different activities along with PHEO. 10. Organizing programme. 11. Monitoring and programme organizing. 12. UC/SOE collection. 13. Sector meeting organizing & report return and collection. 14. Programme account maintenance. 15. Block Database & Block PIP. 16. Documentation of the activities. 17. Maintenance of cashbook either manually or through computer. 18. Monitoring ASHA Activities/JSY/GKS/VHND. 19. Signature of implementation plan and accounts statements. 20. Connectivity to internet & communication. 21. Conducted meeting of the BPMU before the monthly meeting (MO). 22. To Supervise the GKS at the block level and submission of UC through the AWW to the district.

Boost Managerial Skills

As a child health coordinator I have to work with District Immunization Officer. Give interventions to reduce IMR and MMR. Hardest part of the job is to complete the work within a given time period by the health department employees.
