Lot of perks apart from salary, good learning and lot of exposure to new skills. Management is good, manager is very helpful. Good team ti work with.

Front runner in CCAAS

DONOT Join First Line Support(FLS) team

I joined this organisation in FLS team for WFM team. Donot Join this organisation as management, director fool you by showing false info. The JD available for this job is incorrect. You will be hired as linux sql candidate saying that we have everything on this skill but no work is available on this. All work is on windows and that too first line troubleshooting. The director used to work in cognizant and was part of call centre so he treats everyone as call centre employee. Lots of internal politics in management even if you conplaint to HR they will not listen to you.

First Line Support Engineer

Nice is an ok Company, But the Support especially "First line Support job profile sucks. 1. What is mentioned in the offer letter will not be provided like 25000 will be deducted for medical insurance, Bonus is not guaranteed. 2. Weekend oncall support is a must. 3.No work from home. 4. The profile is of calling agent+tech support. 4. Customer surveys are taken very harshly you must have to have 5 out of 5, if not you will face managerial meeting and it will also, impact your salary hike and other benefits. 5.12 team members out of 40 left the company in the last two months.

Company may have good intention but not good for employee growth

Company is good when you talk about work life balance. However company policy towards employees are very aggressive and hard written. Annual hike policy is very strange over here which end up with very less increment to employee.

Some may like it. Some may not.

No Laptops No Work from Home. HR non responsive. Never reply to your mails. Canteen Okayish. Product Company is run like a Service Company. People who have worked with Product companies will understand this. For people coming from service company, they will like it. Salary - CTC looks like a mammoth but take home is a possum. Bonus - You will not get 100% unless you are important!! Joining Bonus - This is a weird one. You will get 50% of the bonus when you join and 50% when you complete one year. Never seen such a thing anywhere in my professional career. Also you will have to pay back the bonus amount to the company if you leave before. Professional Growth - A dark tunnel. No Idea whats in for future!

Productive and fun workplace

NICE executive leadership team is too good and Organisational culture is awesome. Pathetic Cafeteria services but there is good Embassy cafeteria. The worst part is Hinjewadi traffic.

Lot of work load without direction. Management need to improve. No job advancement. People are good. Managers are directionless. Just follow the orders. No future path.
